One-on-One Counselling

Your transition may be accompanied by experiences of significant stress, loss, anxiety, depression, burnout or other symptoms of unwellness.  I offer a non-medical, collaborative, and customised approach to addressing these challenges to your mental health.  The goal is to help you to recover from the impact of your transition, rise above your challenges and find the life you really want.

Reflective Practice

This process is for those who have time to prepare for a transition – and those who want to be proactive in addressing their mental health before it becomes a problem.  The goal is to enhance your self-awareness and build your resilience in order to be equipped to face the inevitable challenges of life.  I offer a regular space to step back and take stock – personally, professionally or both – of where you have come from and where you are in order to explore where you need to go next.
